This page explains what personal data AllForYouAgencia handles, what we use it for and what your rights are. In short: this site uses no cookies or trackers, and your details only reach us when you choose to message us.
Who we are
AllForYouAgencia is a live streaming agency that has recruited and supported hosts since 2020 on platforms such as Chamet, Halo Live, GemGala and Buzzcast. We are responsible for the data you send us. You can reach us on WhatsApp (+91 80820 17033) or Telegram.
What this website collects
- No cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels.
- Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so opening the site does not make your browser contact other companies.
- Language: if you pick a language, your browser remembers it (local storage) so we don't redirect you again. It never leaves your device.
- Hosting: our hosting provider (Netlify) processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site securely.
The application form
The 5-step form runs only in your browser and sends nothing to any server. At the end it opens WhatsApp with your answers (platform, name, country, age and phone type) already typed in, and nothing reaches us until you send that message yourself. The earnings calculator works the same way.
When you message us
If you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive your number, your profile name and whatever you tell us. Those apps handle your messages under their own privacy policies.
What we use your data for
- To answer your questions and handle your application.
- To check that you meet the requirements, such as being 18 or older.
- To help you get started on the platform you choose and support you as a host.
We do this because you ask us to when you message us and, if you join, to manage your relationship with the agency. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties. When you join a platform, you sign up in its app yourself, and that platform handles your data under its own policy.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for your application or while you work with the agency. You can ask us to delete your messages and details at any time.
Minors
All platforms require you to be 18 or older, and we do not accept applications from minors. The form stops if you enter an age under 18.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram and we will reply within one month. If you think we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country; in Spain this is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
